The world of mineral waters is increasingly in fashion: in addition to the principles they are rich in, the focus shifts to packaging, the best food-wine combination, water charts, courses to better interpret them, and famous collaborations. Water has become a protagonist, as wine has been in the past.
Even in our Veneto, from the Little Dolomites in the province of Vicenza, we have an example of how this world is becoming more and more fascinating, of how it is possible to involve a demanding public, which chooses products based on clear criteria, does not buy them. only.
Today we all prefer one brand rather than another, rewarding history, environmental sensitivity, attention to the territory and its community.
All this is well represented in the products of Fonte Margherita, a company “reborn” in 2017 after many years of oblivion, when a group of entrepreneurs bet on these valleys, on this source discovered in 1845 by a group of pharmacists who identify its quality therapeutic.
Today Fonte Margherita has 3 factories, five brands of historic mineral waters from the Little Dolomites, two new lines of soft drinks and is present throughout Italy in large-scale distribution, quality horeca, door-to-door – limited to Veneto – and in vending.
But the organoleptic properties are not enough. Thus, from the collaboration with some young international artists, coming from the world of fashion with Francesca Chiani, and illustrations with Ale Giorgini, a recyclable cardboard package is born, the first in Italy to be used for water, convenient to carry but above all to to exhibit.
Good inside and beautiful outside, one might say, almost a collector’s item.
